This patient
presented with complaint of mid pelvic pain. The
first two images demonstrate trans-abdominal
images of a stone stuck at the distal left ureter
as it enters the bladder. Endovaginal
images with urine jet were then demonstrated. At
this point, as the transducer was adjusted, the
calculi was reduced/expelled from the distal
ureter. Additional images were taken again
trans-abdominally to demonstrate the calculi was
no longer in the distal left ureter, but in fact
lay in the right side bladder. Patient passed
this calculi during post void into a provided
clean catch.
