Fetal Multicystic Kidneys Case # 21741 Patient presented for anatomic survey and dating. No complaints or vaginal bleeding. Image 1 demonstrated a transverse view through the abdomen Image 2 demonstrates a coronal view through the abdomen Multiple anechoic lesions seen at the level of the fetal kidneys. Fetus is still producing urine and amniotic fluid index still within normal limits at time of exam.
