The patient below presented for pre-operative venous stripping of the RT greater saphenous vein with history of previous DVT.

Old DVT was present in the deep system and this thrombus was seen approximately 2-3 cm from the Ilio-saphenous junction. The new ATL Sono-CT and Harmonic imaging modalities were employed to attain this image. Patient is being treated with anti-coagulents and stripping was post-poned.
