Viable Ectopic Pregnancy Case# 20364 Patient presented with minimal vaginal spotting, no complaint of pain and positive urine pregnancy test. Sonogram demonstrates a viable ectopic pregnancy in the RT adnexal region located laterally to the RT ovary. Doppler waveform in image 3 demonstrates cardiac heart rate at 140 BPM. Patient was treated surgically as this was not a methotrexate candidate.
